Dugarzhap Tsiryenovich Dashiev was born on May 15, 1939
in Utzar, Dzhidinsky District of the Buryatia Republic,
In 1969, Dashiev graduated from the Ural
During 1958-61, Dashiev was soloist at the Song and Dance
During 1963-66, Dashiev was a soloist at the Song and Dance Ensemble of
the Ural military.
In 1968, Dashiev was the winner of the fourth All-Union
Vocal Competition M. I. Glinka.
Dashiev was a soloist at
the Buryat Opera starting in 1969. He made his debut there as Alfredo.
His repertory there included:
Vladimir Igoryevich, Lensky, German, Vodemon, Andrey Khovansky,
José, Otello, Radames, Cavradossi, Canio, Lyonka (V buryu),
Alekseï (Optimistichyeskaya Tragyediya by Kholminov),

Dashiev always distinguished himself by impeccable vocal
skills, and his singing technique.
