Vladimir Tomš was born on March 12th., 1900 in Chrudim. Tomš studied at the Prague Conservatoire with Josef Masopust, and perfected his vocal training with Egon Fuchs in Vienna. Tomš made his debut in Prague as Radames in 1929. The singer sang mainly dramatic parts. Tomš died on December 6th., 1935.
